  • You are still committed to writing a check or paying online as an active member whether you attend the giving circle vote or not.
  • You can now VOTE PROXY ONLINE; you must indicate if you are donating through Grapevine or mailing in a check.  Deadline for proxy submission is 5pm Thursday, August 8th.
  • VOTING CONFLICT- Members who are employed in paid or non-paid positions (employees or board/committee members) with a charity that is selected to present must abstain from the vote during that quarterly meeting.  This abstention is in effect for only that meeting where the charity is presenting but the voting member must still participate financially in that quarterly meeting.  This abstention is also required for board/committee members during the top 3 charity selection process.
  • ALL CHECKS are made payable directly to the nonprofit receiving the fund. PLEASE do not make checks to 100WWC. We do not have any formal financial structure. Each check is giving directly to the chosen nonprofit. PLEASE MAIL CHECK BY  September 1, 2024 TO: Diane Adcock 8117 Warner Road, Brentwood, TN 37027.

  • Don’t forget your CHECKBOOK; until we have chosen a recipient for the funds, you can not make the check out to any one nonprofit.
  • If you miss a giving circle, please send your check made payable to the selected Non-Profit Organization, as soon as possible. This is a group commitment, group impact – if you are in, you are in! We want to give a much as possible – TOGETHER. Picking and choosing when to vote and send your donation interferes with how the system works. 
  • Don’t hesitate to email us if you have any issues. We know things come up – life happens – but please be considerate of the members that are coming, voting, and donating each quarter!
